We sell physical medical supplies, clinical consumables, as well as digital products and B2B consulting services. Product descriptions are for informational purposes. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders.

3. Eligibility and Legal Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years of age
Products must be used in compliance with applicable laws
Many physical products are for trained healthcare professionals and clinical settings
Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease unless explicitly approved
We ship physical goods to the United States only

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices in USD. Payment at checkout via Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline orders for availability, errors, fraud, or compliance reasons.

6. Shipping, Returns, and Cancellations

Physical products are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy.

Digital Products & Consulting Services: Due to the nature of digital products and professional B2B consulting, all sales of digital downloads (including PDF guides, audits, and templates) and booked consulting calls are final and non-refundable. Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, we cannot issue a refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

Products sold "as is." Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant products.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Johnson County, Kansas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
