<p>Orders for physical items are typically processed within <strong>1–2 business days</strong> after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Digital downloads and services are delivered automatically via email immediately after purchase.</p>
<p>After you place an order, you will receive an <strong>order confirmation email</strong>. When your physical order ships, you will receive a <strong>shipping confirmation email</strong> with tracking information, if available.</p>
<h3>Shipping Methods and Delivery</h3>
<p>We ship physical products to addresses within the <strong>United States</strong> only. Delivery estimates are <strong>not guaranteed</strong>. Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout.</p>

<h2>Return Policy</h2>
<p>For physical products, returns are accepted within <strong>30 days</strong> if items are unused, unopened, in original sealed packaging, and you have a <strong>Return Authorization (RA)</strong>.</p>
<p><strong>Non-returnable Physical Items:</strong> opened/used products, items removed from sterile packaging, temperature-sensitive items (unless defective), final sale items.</p>
<p><strong>Digital Products & Consulting Services:</strong> Due to the nature of digital products and professional B2B consulting, all sales of digital downloads (including PDF guides, audits, and templates) and booked consulting calls are final and non-refundable. Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, we cannot issue a refund.</p>

<h2>Refund Policy</h2>
